Lighted makeup mirrors
You may think that you do not need a lighted makeup mirror
because your bathroom is well-lit. Well, if you are going to entertain
your guests in the bathroom all evening, than the makeup you put on
while in there is going to be just fine – in other words, unless
you have a lighted makeup mirror, you cannot be sure how your makeup
is going to look when you are in different venues: you can only be sure
how your makeup looks if you remain under the same type of lighting
all day. Different lighting can make makeup look different (i.e. bad).
Lots of time, makeup that looks good under bathroom lighting does not
look good when worn under natural daylight, under harsh office lighting,
or in other lightings. When you step outside, you may find that otherwise
great makeup is streaked, clumped, and running. Of course, most of the
time, you won’t notice how bad your make-up looks because you
won’t have a mirror – but other people will certainly notice.
So, how do you ensure that your makeup looks good all day, anywhere
you go? You apply it using a lighted makeup mirror. Some lighted makeup
mirrors even have settings so that you can change the lighting to mimic
daylight, office lighting, and other types of lighting. While natural
light is the best type of light you can use to put your makeup on, it
is not generally the most reasonable option – lighted makeup mirrors
are a secondary option, well worth looking into if you want to look
your best.
When shopping for a lighted makeup mirror, be sure to consider getting
one that has a magnifying mirror on the reverse side. A magnifying lighted
makeup mirror can help you ensure that you really look your best –
you can use it to find blemishes and stray hairs. And a magnifying lighted
makeup mirror can also be very useful for when you need to apply liquid
eyeliner.
Perhaps the only reason why you wouldn’t want a lighted makeup
mirror is if you don’t wear makeup… or pluck your eyebrows…
or get blemishes… or care how you look!
