A dressing mirror is a must have for some individuals. These come in a variety of styles, from antique varieties with wooden frames to contemporary versions cut in asymmetrical shapes. Some come in smaller sizes but most are fairly large if not full length.

The reason they are generally large is because a dressing mirror is used to evaluate one’s appearance in full. This can be useful for many people. Someone who needs to look professional for their job may enjoy one. On the other hand, someone who needs to wear a convincing costume for stage work may also desire such an item. Of course, plenty of people simply wish to know that their outfit is cohesive on the average day.

Those with a need to be especially scrutinous towards their appearance may prefer a dressing mirror with multiple panels. A three-paneled mirror can reflect a person’s appearance in several views simultaneously. If folded the right way, a mirror like this can provide an excellent reflection of the back of someone’s head.
